The draft master plan published this month reserves a significantly wider right of way for the outer ring road than the version it replaces.
The change affects roughly two hundred properties along the eastern arc, most of them agricultural land with a handful of built structures.
What happens to affected properties
Compensation rates have not been notified, which is the point most objections have focused on so far.
The plan remains in draft until the objections window closes in October.
